Arlene Kazuko Tsuji has been missing for over three decades, and the more I read about her, the more puzzled I am about the mysterious man she was seen talking to that evening. Does anyone know if there was ever a police composite sketch or description released of this person? It's strange that this detail isn't discussed more often, considering it might be one of the last sightings of Arlene. I wonder if anyone else recognized him or if he was new to the area. If anyone has any additional information or remembers something from around that time, it could really help the investigation. Keeping her story alive is crucial, especially with cases that have so few leads.
