Arlene Kazuko Tsuji, a 25-year-old woman from Aptos, California, was last seen on October 24, 1991, while on her daily evening walk in the Vienna Woods neighborhood near Cabrillo College. She was observed speaking with a man on Haas Drive around 7:00 p.m., but never returned home. Later, searchers found a broken piece of her Walkman headset nearby, indicating that something had gone wrong.
