I’ve been following Rita Michele Maxwell’s case for a while, and I recently came across some old news articles that mentioned her connection to Henry Louis Wallace. While it's definitely chilling to consider, I wonder if there might be something else going on here. The part that stands out to me is the fact her friend, DeVonne Dubose, also went missing in the same year. I can’t help but think there might be some other piece of the puzzle yet to be discovered. There were so many cases during that time period that had some kind of drug-related element. Could there have been some sort of underground ring in the area that targeted women like Rita and DeVonne? Feels like there’s still a lot to untangle in this web, and I hope we eventually get more clarity on what happened to them.

I recently started diving into Rita Michele Maxwell's case, and something really caught my attention. Has anyone else noticed how her disappearance seemed to slip under the radar compared to some other cases from that time? Given her ties to the same community and similar lifestyle as victims linked to Henry Louis Wallace, you'd think there’d be more public outcry or media attention back in '92. Was it because of her background? It baffles me how societal biases can sometimes affect the urgency or visibility of a case. Maxwell clearly deserved more attention, both from the community and the media. Just curious if anyone else thinks this disparity might've had an impact on the progression of the investigation at the time. Would love to hear thoughts or theories!

I was just reading up on Rita Michele Maxwell's case, and something struck me about her car. I didn't see any mentions if her car was found, abandoned or otherwise. It's 1992, so there likely weren't any sophisticated GPS or tracking devices around, but still – did anyone check records to see if it was ever towed or anything like that? Sometimes tracing the last routes a person took in their own vehicle can open up new leads. I wonder if law enforcement has any info on that aspect. It's frustrating how so many details can feel like they end up missing in these cases. Thoughts?
