I've been following Michael Haire's case for a while, and something that's always intrigued me is the tip about the cremation in the kiln. I can't get over the fact that no human remains were ever discovered there. It makes me wonder what kind of evidence they were able to gather from the search of Montz's property, especially since they were sure enough to turn the focus onto him. Do we know if investigators brought in any forensic specialists to analyze the kiln? Could evidence have been overlooked, or is it possible that the tip was just a red herring to throw off the investigation? It seems like such a crucial piece of the puzzle, yet it didn't yield any results we know of. Anyone else have thoughts on this angle?
