I’ve been thinking about the area where Lavar Sass was tragically killed. Crowell Street isn’t that far from where he lived on Ontario Street. I can't help but wonder if someone knew his routine or just happened to cross paths with him on that fateful night. It seems strange that someone could fire multiple shots without drawing attention until it was too late.
