Did anyone else notice the lack of public information or news coverage about Edward Abu's murder? It's really troubling how cases like his can seem to fade from public consciousness, leaving families without answers. I feel for his friends and family who must miss him every day. I can't imagine the pain of not knowing who did this or why. This was part of a larger issue in Philly back in 2015 with so many similar tragedies. If anyone knows more about this case or has thoughts on why there hasn't been more attention on it, please share. We need to keep talking about these cases to keep the pressure on for justice.

I've been following Edward Abu's case and can't help but wonder about the area where the incident took place. The 2000 block of South 60th Street seems to have had a reputation for increased violent activity around the time of his tragic death. I don't live in Philly, but I've read that gun violence saw a significant uptick in 2015, and it seems like the area had a particularly tough summer that year. Does anyone familiar with the neighborhood know if there were any specific community efforts or public safety measures being discussed or implemented back then? It’s deeply unsettling to see someone’s life cut short in this way, and it seems like a lot of families must have been on edge. Hoping for justice for Edward and for others affected by the violence in Philly that year.
