Hey everyone,
I've been digging into Raymond Bork's case again, and something just struck me. It's weird how there's absolutely no dental or DNA records available for him. I mean, it's been years, and with all the breakthroughs in forensics, these have been crucial in resolving cold cases. I understand it was 1996 when he vanished, but does anyone have any insight into why those records are missing? Were they never collected in the first place, or did they get lost along the way? It’s tragic how this one thing could potentially be holding back so much progress. Maybe there's someone out there with more info about his medical history or family connections that might be useful? Just putting this out here hoping it might spark some discussion or ideas.
Stay safe, and thanks for discussing.
Has anyone looked into the possibility that Raymond Bork might have been trying to distance himself intentionally due to his depression? I’ve seen cases where individuals with mental health issues choose to start new lives without telling anyone. Given that there are no dental or DNA records, identifying him if he altered his appearance or moved away could be pretty difficult. I just wonder if there’s any history of him expressing such desires to friends or family before he disappeared. It might be worth exploring beyond the typical investigative avenues, like focusing on places he had an emotional connection to or any acquaintances who moved away. Thoughts?
