Daniel Bradley Carver was 15 and living in Bloomington, California, when he was last seen at his home on January 17, 1997. He is described as a white male with brown hair and blue eyes, about 5 feet 10 inches to 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighing 135–140 pounds. Distinguishing details include a scar on his lip, chipped front teeth, and a mole on the right side of his neck.

Authorities classified the case as an endangered runaway and reported they believed Daniel may have left voluntarily and possibly traveled with an unidentified adult male. He has never been located. Age-progressed images have been produced several times, most recently showing how he might look at age 34. The San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Office continues to investigate.
