This case really hits close to home. I used to live near the Vernon Road area and it’s such a tight-knit community, so I can only imagine how shaken everyone must be. I didn't know Alex personally, but from what I’ve heard around, he was a good kid with a bright future ahead of him. It’s so tragic to see another young life taken away so senselessly. I’ve been following the developments and it’s frustrating that there’s still no resolution. If anyone has information, even if it seems insignificant, I encourage you to come forward. Keeping Alex’s family and friends in my thoughts. Let's hope they find the answers they need soon.
