Has anyone else looked into the foster family Yuan was living with at the time she disappeared? I've been following her case, and something has always struck me as odd about the fact that she was supposed to take a cab to a doctor's appointment, but then she just vanished. It seems like a bit of a logistical oversight, especially for a 12-year-old who didn’t speak much English and had only been in the U.S. for a couple of months. Did the authorities ever investigate who arranged the cab ride for her, or if the foster family noticed anything unusual leading up to her going missing? It just feels like there might be more to dig into regarding her immediate environment in those crucial initial weeks in the U.S. Thoughts?
