Hey everyone, I was reading up on Edna Mae Bland's case, and I find myself really intrigued by the mention of her tattoo. Does anyone have any thoughts about the "Lugie" tattoo on her left thigh? Such a distinctive mark could have been a significant lead, yet it doesn't seem like it brought any major breakthroughs in her case.
