Edna Mae Bland, a 33-year-old woman from Baltimore, Maryland, was last seen on July 6, 1999. She disappeared from her home in the 1500 block of Hollins Street and has not been heard from since. At the time of her disappearance, Edna was described as 4'9" to 5'0" tall and weighing between 98 to 130 pounds. She was last seen wearing a white t-shirt and blue jeans. One distinctive feature is a tattoo of the name "Lugie" on her left thigh.
