Has anyone here come across recent updates or leads on Andrea Michelle Reyes? I remember the case from back in '99, but I just can't shake the idea that she might still be out there somewhere. The details about her unique features always stood out to me, especially the V-shaped birthmark and her knee condition. I wonder if anyone in Puebla might have seen someone matching that description over the years? It's been so long, but similar cases have seen breakthroughs even decades later. What do you think the chances are that someone recognizes her after all this time? I'd like to think that with social media now, spreading the word might finally bring some new information.

She was found alive and living in Mexico after 25 years! Incredible story. She was reunited with her father through DNA after all those years. I do not believe they have met up in person yet but they do plan to at some point in the future. For now, just phone calls and other modes of communication, but what an amazing story!

OMG! This is huge! I am so thankful for DNA. I see sometimes cold cases get solved through DNA. It is amazing!

Hi everyone,
I've been following Andrea Michelle Reyes' case, and something that's been on my mind is the potential medical needs she might've had when she disappeared. With her having a lazy right eye and her right knee turning inward, I wonder if these could've led to her needing special care or treatment, which might leave a trail. Anyone familiar with how these conditions could impact a child's health long-term, especially if untreated? Could this be a path for investigators to pursue if medical records or treatments for someone matching her description pop up? Just thinking about any avenue that might help bring Andrea home.
Hoping for some insights!
Take care,

Hello everyone, I’ve been following Andrea Michelle Reyes’s case for a while now, and there’s something that’s been on my mind. According to reports, Andrea might have needed medical attention due to her unique features, like her lazy right eye and inward-turning right knee. It makes me wonder, if she’s been living in Puebla, Mexico, with her mother, wouldn’t someone have noticed these features and the need for possible medical care? It seems like someone out there might have seen her in a clinic or hospital over the years. Medical professionals might recall if they treated a child or young adult with those distinctive characteristics. Has anyone considered distributing her information or age-progressed photos to medical facilities in Mexico or the surrounding areas? These unique traits might just be the key to finding her after all this time. Thoughts on this approach?
