In the fall of 1999, a heart-wrenching story began to unfold in New Haven, Connecticut, with the disappearance of a young child named Andrea Michelle Reyes. Just shy of her second birthday, at only 23 months old, Andrea was taken on October 5, 1999. The person responsible for her abduction was her non-custodial mother, Rosa Tenorio.
