I've been digging into Nicholas Blasetzky's disappearance and something that's really puzzling is the activity he had on that day, especially about attending his church service late. For someone reputed to be so punctual and involved, I wonder if he was already experiencing some cognitive disturbances that day which made him lose track of time. It’s not just the fact he was late, but it’s how that might have tied into his confusion later on. Could his tardiness at church be the first visible sign that something was gravely amiss? Maybe someone at the church noticed something off but didn’t think much of it at the time. Does anyone else feel like that's a crucial piece that might have been overlooked? I feel like talking to those who were at the church that day could reveal more about his mindset before he drove away. Thoughts?
Does anyone else find it odd that Nicholas Blasetzky's car was never located? I mean, a white 1983 Buick Century isn't exactly the rarest vehicle out there, but the fact that it's completely vanished along with him is baffling. I've read about cases where vehicles were found abandoned in remote areas or even submerged in water, but there's been no trace of his car at all. Given that he had Alzheimer's, it's possible Nicholas drove somewhere totally unexpected. Has anyone looked into whether there were any traffic camera sightings or toll records at the time? It just seems like a car would be easier to track down, even after all these years. Any thoughts on why the car turned up nothing?
