I’ve been deep diving into Kyle Tolley’s disappearance, and something just doesn’t sit right with me about that night at the campsite. Whoever heard him say he was leaving to find a McDonald’s—did they mention if he seemed coherent or aware of his surroundings? It's such a strange detail, especially given their intoxicated state. Also, no belongings taken, not even his cash and ID? If he genuinely intended to leave, wouldn’t you expect him to at least grab some of that? Perhaps someone else monitoring or passing the area at that time witnessed something unusual. Just wondering if there's a possible overlooked witness angle here. Thoughts?

Just finished reading up on the details of Kyle Tolley's disappearance, and something struck me as odd. Why would someone in an impaired state, leave a campsite late at night claiming they were going to find a McDonald's in such a remote area? It’s puzzling, to say the least. There's got to be more to that story. Also, leaving behind such a significant amount of cash is baffling. It makes me wonder if he had plans to return quickly or if something—or someone—caught him off guard. Has anyone considered if he might have had a reason to meet someone out there? It seems like a wild goose chase otherwise. Thoughts?
