Just came across Donna Rigsby's case recently, and something that really stands out to me is the location of her last sighting. Why was she walking along the highway near her home? Was there a reason she chose that route? Sylacauga is a pretty small town, so you'd imagine any unusual activity would be noticed. Was this something she did regularly or was it out of character for Donna? Maybe someone local can shed some light on the area and whether anything odd had been happening around that time.
