Has anyone else been following the cases of Terrence Demildenhall and Fred Edgi? The similarities are chilling—both were tragically murdered while sleeping in such vulnerable conditions. What's really got me thinking is this disturbing idea of a potential serial offender targeting the homeless community in Portland. I can’t even begin to fathom what their families must be going through, knowing their loved ones were taken in such a brutal manner. What intrigues me is whether there have been any witnesses that might have come forward since these tragic events occurred back in the '80s. It was a different time, and people might have been hesitant or scared to speak up back then. Is there a possibility that someone who lived or frequented the area back in the day might remember something new or come across a detail that didn't seem relevant at the time? I hope that renewed interest in these cases might eventually lead to some breakthroughs. To Terry and Fred and their families, know that there are people out here still hoping for justice.

Hey everyone, I've been following the cases of Terrence Demildenhall and Fred Edgi for a bit, and something that's really been bugging me is the fact that these men were targeted in such vulnerable states—literally while they were asleep. It makes you wonder if the perpetrator had some kind of personal vendetta against people experiencing homelessness or if it was just the mindset of a coward looking for easy targets. Either way, it's terrifying to think someone is out there capable of such cold-hearted actions, and especially so close together in time and proximity. It must be incredibly difficult for their families and friends, not only grappling with the grief of their loss but also with the lack of justice and closure. I hope that as the Portland Police Cold Case Unit continues their investigation, someone who knows even the smallest detail comes forward. Sometimes it’s the seemingly insignificant pieces of information that crack these cases wide open. Hoping for a break soon. ?
