Has anyone else looked into the area around West 1st Avenue during the time of Robert Allen Seller's murder? I've been doing some digging and found that the neighborhood back in the late 80s had a bit of a reputation for being unsafe—lots of incidents involving theft and violence. It makes me wonder if Robert's murder could have been more of a crime of opportunity by someone familiar with the area. Also, is it possible that someone living nearby might have seen or heard something that could help the investigation but was too afraid to come forward at the time? I sincerely hope that anyone with information, no matter how small, finds the courage to speak up. Robert deserves justice, and his family needs answers.
