Has anyone else looked into the potential witness who might have seen Santiago under the bridge that night? I read somewhere that someone claimed to have seen two men near the location around the last time Santiago was alive. It's sad to think how a key piece of evidence might have slipped through the cracks all these years. My heart goes out to Santiago's family; not knowing must be devastating. Could there be other witnesses who might remember something all these decades later? No tip should be considered too small. Let's keep the conversation going and hope that, one day, some light will be shed on this case.
