Has anyone else noticed the weather conditions on the day Rachel went missing? I read it was a typical hot and humid day in Deltona, FL, but what if it had been raining or particularly stormy? Weather can play a significant role in how long someone can stay outdoors without being noticed or how difficult it might be for electronics—like cell phones—to properly function. If it was particularly hot, dehydration could become an issue faster. Wondering if it might be worth delving into weather records around Elkcam Blvd and Providence Blvd on that day to see if anything stands out. Thoughts?
