Hey everyone, I've been following the case of Martin Gatewood's murder, and something that's been on my mind is the assistant manager who found him. Can you imagine the shock and trauma of discovering such a scene? It's such a tough situation for anyone to be in. I really hope they've been offered the support they might need after finding him like that. Another thing I can't stop thinking about is the timeline. Gatewood was last seen around 1:30 p.m., and it just makes me wonder who might have seen him after that or heard anything unusual. Portland is a pretty bustling area, even in 1992, so it seems like someone must have witnessed something, even if it was just someone entering or leaving the building. Gatewood seemed like such a vibrant person in his community. I truly hope that with all of us keeping an eye out and sharing this story, someone might remember something that could lead to closure for his friends and family.
