Has anyone else heard about the sheepskin hat found during the search for Mark Johnson? It was the only trace left behind, and I've always thought that's such a peculiar detail. Considering it was October in Connecticut, a hat makes sense with cooler weather setting in, but it seems strange to me that it was the only item found. Do you think it could have been deliberately left as a clue, or was it just something he dropped while leaving in a hurry? The fact that nothing else was found despite such an extensive search always makes me wonder if there was more to that hat than meets the eye. Anyone else have thoughts on this?
