Hey everyone, I’ve been following Pancho Neri's case for a while now, and one thing that's always baffled me is the location where he was found. The 1700 block of SE Tualatin Valley Highway isn’t exactly a secluded area. It’s a busy road with businesses and homes nearby. Has anyone else wondered how there weren't more witnesses or evidence, like surveillance footage from nearby shops? Maybe it was different back in 1995, but still, you’d think someone would have seen or heard something. This makes me think there could be someone out there who saw something but might not realize how crucial their information could be. Sometimes, what seems like an insignificant detail could be the key to solving a case. If you were in that area back then, take a moment to think about that day. You never know how a small observation could change everything for Pancho’s family. Also, props to the Hillsboro PD for keeping this case alive after all these years.
