Does anyone else find it odd that with so many witnesses, nobody has come forward with a solid ID or clue about the shooter in Alvaro's case? It’s been years, yet we only have a vague description. It's understandable that people might have been scared to speak at the time, especially if they were involved in anything illegal. But what about now? Times have changed, and people's lives do too. Maybe someone out there knows something new or can remember a small detail that seemed irrelevant back then. This poor guy lost his life over something so senseless, and it’s unfair to his loved ones that they have no closure. Whoever did this is still out there and might be putting others at risk, too. If anyone knows anything, maybe it’s time to rethink coming forward. It's never too late to help Alvaro’s family find peace.
