Has anyone else looked into the cultural events happening around Noboribetsu and Sapporo around early April 2008? I came across some forums discussing local festivals in Hokkaido during that time. I'm curious if Skye might have been drawn to these events given her passion for Japanese culture. Maybe checking if any witnesses or attendees noticed someone matching her description could be a lead. Has her family or the authorities ever mentioned reaching out to event organizers or leveraging these gatherings for more information? Sometimes these smaller details can bring out new perspectives. Just thinking aloud on ways we could potentially help.
