Has anyone else been looking into the disappearance of Joseph Wayne McCartan from Plaquemines Parish? I've been digging through old articles and reports but haven't found much beyond the basics. It's been over a decade now, and still no new developments? I find it odd how some cases get all the attention while others, like Joseph's, seem to fade from the public eye so quickly. Could it be that there's so little info available, or is there something more? I wonder what could have been happening in his life around that time that might give us any clues. Has anyone found any local rumors or theories that might not have made it to the media? It's upsetting when cases like this don't get the attention they deserve. Hoping that someone here might have more insights or connections to share.
