Has anyone else come across the name Santiago Cruz while digging through old case files or databases? I find it strange that there’s almost zero information about what he was doing that day or who he might have been with. It’s been over a decade, and it seems like such a mystery. I’m curious if there have been any attempts to use advanced tech, like facial recognition, in this case? It’s worth considering the progress in technology to try and get some fresh eyes or tools on this. Anyone in the area remember hearing anything back in 2009 that might not have been reported officially?
