Hi everyone,
I've been following the case of Frank Paul Turner for a while now, and something that's been on my mind lately is the mysterious person who found his body. Does anyone else find it curious that this "unidentified man" hasn’t come forward publicly? I mean, I get that people might want to stay anonymous, but in a case this dire, every piece of information could be crucial.
I can only imagine how devastating it must be for Frank’s family to still be in the dark after all these years. It's unsettling to think of the parallels between his murder and the attempt on Earl Cissel’s life the same night. Could this witness hold the key to connecting the dots? Or maybe even clear up whether these incidents are linked at all?
I hope that by keeping these discussions alive, we can inch a bit closer to finding justice for Frank and bring some semblance of peace to his loved ones. If anyone in the community has more insight or thoughts, please share. Maybe it will spark a memory or lead someone to speak up after all these years.
Thinking of Frank's family and hoping for answers soon.
It's so disconcerting to think about how two violent incidents happened so close to each other that night and yet we're still left with so many questions. What stands out to me is Earl Cissel's encounter. It seems like quite the coincidence for there to be another shooting just blocks away from Frank Turner's tragic death. Could there have been a larger motive at play, maybe even a connection between Frank and Earl that we haven't uncovered yet? Or was it merely a grim coincidence that has muddled the waters of this investigation? My heart goes out to Frank's loved ones, who deserve answers about what happened that awful night. It feels like someone out there knows more — maybe even small details could help the case. If you're from Tulsa or were around back then, could something have slipped your mind all these years? Here's hoping for breakthroughs and justice, even decades later.
I’ve been thinking about the possible connection between Frank Paul Turner’s tragic murder and the attack on Earl Cissel the same night. It’s so eerie that these incidents happened just blocks apart and at nearly the same time. While we can't jump to conclusions, the similarities in timing and method make me wonder if there's more than coincidence at play.
I can’t imagine the pain Frank’s family and friends must have felt, especially with such an abrupt and violent loss. The fact that he was just visiting Tulsa—a place meant for reconnecting with loved ones—makes it all the more devastating. And for Cissel, to simply answer the door and face such violence is a reminder of how unpredictable and senseless these acts are.
I really hope that with modern advancements in forensic science and the community’s help, investigators might find new leads or evidence. If anyone has even the smallest piece of information, please consider reaching out to the Tulsa PD. After all these years, both Frank’s family and the community deserve some answers and peace.
