Hey everyone, I've been looking into the Todd Eugene Collett case, and one detail that's really sticking with me is the strange man that was reportedly seen in the neighborhood around the time Todd went missing. The man had a pretty distinctive look with his black beard, green eyes, and the blazer featuring a "New Zealand" insignia. It just seems odd that someone who caught enough attention to make people uneasy was never identified or cleared in any way. Does anyone have any similar cases where an unknown person like this played a crucial role, good or bad? It feels like such a big lead potentially going cold. Plus, the "New Zealand" patch raises so many questions—could he have been a visitor or maybe had ties to New Zealand? Just curious to hear everyone's thoughts on the possibility of his involvement, even if it's indirect. Hoping someone has the chance to bring new eyes to the case!
