Todd Eugene Collett, aged 3, was last seen on January 23, 1964, in Goleta, California, near his home in the San Marcos subdivision. He had been playing outside with his twin brother and a friend near a construction site. The boys had been warned not to enter the site, but Todd reportedly crossed over to it, followed by his friend, while his twin brother stayed behind.
