Has anyone else taken a deeper look into the mattress Richard White was found on? It feels like such an overlooked detail in this case. In other investigations, items like mattresses can sometimes point to a specific person or place, especially if it was brought there intentionally. Could it have traces of DNA or fibers that might've been overlooked with the technology they had back in 1982? It's frustrating to think that something that could offer important clues might just be lying in evidence storage, forgotten. I really hope they thoroughly examined it or have plans to revisit it with today's forensic capabilities. Keeping Richard's family in my thoughts—as the years go by, I can’t imagine how hard it must be to have so few answers.
