Does anyone have more details on the sightings of the dark-colored car that was seen following Tracy on the day she disappeared? I feel like this lead hasn't been discussed enough. From what I've read, the witness described the car as possibly green or black with an African American man driving, but are there any more specifics? It's strange to me that nobody has been able to identify the driver or the car after all these years. I wonder if any new technology could help with enhancing old witness statements or if revisiting this aspect could uncover fresh insights. Any sleuths with tips on vehicle tracing from the 70s?
