Hey everyone, I’ve been looking into the Brian Joseph Page case, and something that really bugs me is the Volkswagen Bug. It was a 1962 model, turquoise, and seems like it would be pretty distinctive, right? I've read a few cases where missing vehicles were eventually dredged up from rivers or some remote areas, but it seems strange that after all these years, no one's found a trace of it. I wonder if there are any other similar-looking cars reported stolen or missing around that time which could have been confused with it somehow. Also, does anyone know if there were any other thefts or unusual incidents reported at that car dealership around the time David was arrested? Just thinking if David was coherent enough to drive off, maybe there was more that happened that night which didn’t get reported or linked to Brian's disappearance. I’d love to hear other folks' thoughts or if anyone has access to archives or old reports that could shed more light on this angle.
