I can’t stop thinking about the impact Billy's murder must have had on the local community and his loved ones. The fact that the case remains unsolved is deeply troubling, and I can only imagine the pain his family must feel knowing that justice hasn't been served. I’ve read that the suspects fled in a late 90s model white Chevy. I wonder if anyone in the neighborhood remembers seeing that car around before or after the night of the shooting. Sometimes small details that might seem insignificant at first can be crucial in solving cases like this. It must be hard for witnesses to come forward, but I hope they find the courage to do so, for Billy's sake. If anyone has additional insights, please share them. His family deserves answers, and the community needs closure.
