Has anyone else looked into the theory about the blue car that Susan was last seen getting into? From what I've read, it was believed to be an older model Plymouth Satellite, which seems pretty distinctive. I find it puzzling that more information hasn't surfaced about the car or the driver after all these years. Was there ever a public call for people to come forward with sightings of a similar vehicle in the area? I know there were fewer CCTV cameras back in 1982, but surely someone might have noticed that car around Newcomerstown around the time Susan disappeared. Brown corduroys and a red IGA smock would stand out, especially if she was seen interacting with an unknown driver. It’s just frustrating that a lead like this didn’t lead to more developments. Anyone have additional info on whether law enforcement pursued this car more thoroughly or if it all just went cold back then?
