I just can't stop thinking about Albert Collins and what his family must be going through right now. I read that he was shot while protecting his daughter, and it just gives me chills. It’s unimaginable what his little girl must have witnessed and experienced, being caught in the middle of such violence at such a young age. It makes me so angry and sad that this kind of senseless violence happens, and now a little girl has to grow up without her father. I hope the police find those responsible for this tragedy. The community needs to come together to support Albert’s family and ensure that this doesn’t keep happening. No one should have to lose their life this way, let alone while being a hero for their child. My thoughts are with his family and his daughter, who must be going through so much right now. Please share if you know of any local support or fundraising efforts for them. Maybe we can at least help lift some of their burden during such a painful time.
