Has anyone looked into the timeline of sightings around the Mariner's Harbor Motel back in August 1983? I've been trying to piece together anything I can find about who might have seen Tiahease or Rand around that time. It's just so puzzling how a little girl could vanish like that, even if she was known to be a bit independent. Considering how Rand was connected to a makeshift campsite nearby, it’s surprising there weren’t more witnesses who could place him there at certain times. Maybe someone came forward back then, and it just didn’t make it into the media? I keep wondering if there’s an angle that was missed. Anyone else found anything more concrete from local reports or archives that might shed light on those potential sightings?
I’ve always been troubled by the fact that Andre Rand was seen hanging around the Mariner's Harbor Motel. I mean, who in their right mind sets up camp near a place where families are temporarily staying after a fire? It's just bizarre behavior that makes you question his intentions. Though they never pinned anything on him for Tiahease’s case specifically, the connection he seemingly had with other missing children is definitely unsettling. Could there have been more people involved, particularly given the time and disarray the community was in after the fire? It’s frustrating that after all these years, there are still no leads strong enough to bring closure. Does anyone know if there were other reported sightings of suspicious individuals in the area at that time? It seems like something might’ve slipped through the cracks.
Hey everyone, just stumbled upon the case of Tiahease Jackson today. You know, one detail that really got me thinking was how often she ran errands alone, even at such a young age. I get that things were different back in the '80s, but it still seems so risky, especially given her medical conditions. With diabetes and asthma, being out and about without an adult just seems so concerning. It's got to make you wonder, were there other kids in that area doing the same? Was this the norm for families staying at the motel temporarily? I'm curious about how that whole community looked and functioned back then. Also, has anyone looked into whether this pattern made kids more vulnerable to people like Rand?
