It's so tragic to think about how Kelvin Heard's life was cut short like this. I can't stop wondering about the argument that took place just before the gunfire. Was it related to his gang involvement, or was it something else entirely? Sometimes, those final moments might hold the key to understanding what really happened. It's incredibly frustrating and sad for Kelvin's family and friends to have no closure even after all these years. I hope that someone who knows something will find it in their heart to come forward with information. We can't let this case fade away unsolved; Kelvin deserves justice, and his loved ones deserve peace. Anyone around North Rockford Avenue and Apache Street that night might remember something, even if it seems insignificant. Every bit of information can make a difference.
