I was recently reading about the murder of Laharry "LJ" Myers, and something that really struck me was his transition from high school basketball star to working at H&R Block. It seems he had so much potential both on and off the court. I can't help but wonder what career path he would have ultimately pursued if his life hadn't been cut short so tragically. It's deeply saddening to think of his family and friends, who have lived with this loss for over a decade now without any closure. The fact that nobody reported seeing the shooter despite the crowded area baffles me. I hope someone, somewhere, finds the courage to come forward with information. This community owes it to LJ and his loved ones to bring those responsible to justice.
