Has anyone else been following the tragic case of Charles Gordon from back in 2012? I recently stumbled upon some articles about it, and it’s been on my mind ever since. It’s so painful to think about how a young man with his whole life ahead of him could be taken away so suddenly and violently. What really strikes me is the randomness and senselessness of the act. From what I understand, Charles and his friend were just driving when another car pulled up and started shooting. It's terrifying to think that something like this could happen out of nowhere.
I can't imagine what his family must have gone through, not just dealing with his loss but also waiting for answers for so long. I'm really hoping that someone out there knows something and is willing to speak up. It’s been over a decade, and justice is still needed for Charles and his loved ones. If you’re from the area or have followed the case closely, do you think there’s any hope of new evidence coming to light? Cases like these just highlight the importance of community vigilance. Here’s hoping that those responsible are eventually brought to justice.
Hi everyone,
I was just thinking about the case of Charles Gordon, the young man who tragically lost his life in that horrific shooting back in 2012. My heart really goes out to his family and friends, who are still waiting for justice and answers after all these years. I've been curious about the trajectory of similar cases in that area. Does anyone know if there have been any other shootings in that part of Oklahoma City that could be related? Or perhaps any advancements in forensic technology that might help in cases like this one? It just feels like there must be something overlooked, and I can't shake the feeling that someone out there knows more. Let's keep this thread going and help keep Charles's memory alive. Any insights or updates would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
Has anyone else been thinking about the role of the convenience store in Charles Gordon's case? It seems significant that both men managed to make it to a public place after being shot. There might have been witnesses who saw the suspect's vehicle or maybe heard something. Even seemingly minor details could be crucial—like the direction the suspect’s car went after it sped away. It's deeply saddening to think about Charles's last moments, but I’m leaning towards the idea that those final actions might have left behind critical clue opportunities. Thankfully, Dewon Thomas survived, but the trauma he’s endured must be immense. I hope that anyone who saw or knows something, however small, comes forward soon. This family deserves answers and peace.
