Was anyone else perplexed by the restaurant parking lot sighting on the day Cindy vanished? It feels like such a specific and busy place for her to be seen as a passenger in a circling car. I've always wondered if someone from the restaurant staff or a frequent patron noticed anything unusual that day. It's been decades, but maybe someone who was there remembers a small detail that could help piece together what happened to her. It seems like a pivotal moment in the timeline that could hold more clues. Would love to hear any thoughts or insights about this aspect of Cindy's disappearance.
