Cindy Loretta Rowles, aged 17, disappeared on August 16, 1986, from Kingston, New York. On the day of her disappearance, Cindy was seen as a passenger in a car circling the parking lot of a restaurant at the intersection of Route 28 and Maverick Road in West Hurley, New York. After leaving her home, she was never heard from again.
