Deborah Marie Overbaugh, age 34, was last seen on July 13, 1992, in Kingston, New York. She had canceled a work appointment that day and met her ex-husband at a deli on Emmerson Street. After the meeting, Deborah left with her ex-husband in her car. Two days later, her car was found abandoned around the corner from the deli on Janet Street.
