Has anyone else looked into the disappearance of Ashok Kumar Narain from Eugene back in '87? I was diving deep into some old case files and found it super strange that no one reported the family missing until 2006. That's like 19 years later! ? I understand sometimes families lose touch or assume the best, but 19 years seems like such a long time not to hear from someone and not think something is off. Especially since they had a little one—Kamnee was just an infant. Has there been any discussion about why the delay in reporting happened, or what might have led Ashok's brother to finally step up? Maybe there's more to the family dynamics here than we know. Curious if anyone has any theories on this aspect of the case.

Has anyone looked into the connections Ashok may have had in Fiji? It seems odd that authorities have been pointing to Fiji as a possible location for him, but there’s not much talk about whether he had family or friends there who might have helped. Considering it’s been so many years, maybe someone in that circle knows something but just hasn’t come forward. I wonder if renewed focus in that region could lead to any breakthroughs? Plus, given the passage of time, someone might feel more comfortable sharing information now than back in the ‘80s or ‘90s. Thoughts?
