Hey everyone,
I've been following Richard Ricardo Dyer's case for a while now and am curious if anyone has any insight into the area around Knights Manor Court back in the late '80s. I've read that his last known whereabouts were from a party there on New Year’s Eve 1987, and I wonder if the area had any particular reputation or issues back then that could provide any clues. I've seen similar cases where the environment played a role, either with people or places nearby having connections to disappearances. For those familiar with Henrico or Richmond from that era, any info or anecdotes might help connect the dots!
Also, I'm interested in how investigations were typically handled during that time period—especially missing adults. It feels like procedures have changed a lot over the years, but were there any specific law enforcement approaches or limitations back then that might have impacted the case? Thanks in advance for any thoughts.
