Hey everyone, I came across Della Marie Hillard's case again and something just struck me odd about how her car was found. Her 1979 AMC Spirit sedan was discovered all ransacked at an apartment complex, right? But what really puzzles me is the apartment complex location itself. It was only a mile from her home, so it seems like whoever abandoned the car didn't care much about making a swift getaway. Plus, considering there were traces of blood in the car, does anyone else think maybe someone familiar to her or the area could be involved? It seems too risky otherwise. Any locals from the Houston area in the late '80s remember hearing anything about a suspicious individual around that time? Let's hope we can keep this discussion going and maybe bring about some new insights.

Hey everyone, I've been digging into Della Marie Hillard's case, and something that's really sticking out to me is the location where her car was found. That apartment complex is only a mile from her home. It makes me wonder if Della had some kind of connection there—possibly a friend or someone she knew? Or maybe she was going there for a reason that night? Also, I've read that her windows being open was a common habit; it makes me think she wasn't expecting anything unusual to happen. The car being ransacked with her purse missing strikes me as something that was more than a simple robbery, especially given the blood traces. It's sad to think what she might have encountered that night. I hope after all these years, someone remembers something small that could lead to new information. Stay safe, everyone, and keep sharing anything you might know or think could be relevant.
