Hey everyone, I’ve been thinking a lot about the case of Dazmeontae Sayles, the 16-year-old who was tragically killed in 2016. The violence of the situation is just unimaginable. I’m specifically curious about the neighborhood dynamics in the 400 block of NE 115th Street at that time. Did anyone notice anything unusual leading up to the incident or know if there were any neighborhood disputes? It’s been haunting to think that someone could just walk up and do this without being caught.
It must be beyond difficult for Dazmeontae's family, especially knowing the killer still hasn’t been identified. If anyone who lived in or around that area recalls anything, even if it seems small, it could be a crucial piece in solving this case. Let’s rally together to bring some peace to his family. Thoughts are with his loved ones.
Hey everyone, I've been reading through a lot about the tragic case of Dazmeontae Sayles, and I just can't shake the thought of what must have been going through his mind in those moments. Imagine being a 16-year-old, full of life, answering a knock on your door only to face something so unthinkable. It's incredibly upsetting to think that someone would target a teenager like that at his own home.
I noticed his mom has been so brave speaking out, despite the heartache she's enduring. It's clear how much his family is still seeking answers, and I truly hope they get the justice they deserve. If anyone in the community knows anything, no matter how small it may seem, I hope they come forward. Dazmeontae deserved so much more, and his family deserves peace. Keeping them in my thoughts.
