I was doing some digging into Jason Jack Russo’s case, and one thing that’s been bugging me is the fate of *The Mission Bell*. I mean, how does a whole boat just vanish without a trace? I know the waters around Big Sur can be really unpredictable, but it feels like something should have washed up by now, right? It's almost like the boat just vanished into thin air. Does anyone know if they’ve tried using newer technology or privately-funded searches over the years? I keep wondering if there’s a possibility of something more sinister at play here. Could the boat have been intentionally hidden or sunk somewhere else? Would love to hear anyone’s thoughts or if they've come across similar cases with the same eerie vanishing act.
Hey everyone,
I've been looking into the Jason Jack Russo case, and something that's been puzzling me is the weather conditions around August 4, 1988. Does anyone have info or resources on what the conditions were like in the Big Sur area on the day they went missing? I'm wondering if poor weather could have played a role in their disappearance. Sometimes weather reports can really enlighten situations like this, but I've had trouble finding anything detailed. Any amateur meteorologists or history buffs here who could shed some light?
Thanks in advance!
