I find it so troubling that Carlos Castro's case still doesn't have any solid leads. I was thinking about the area where his body was found—NE 16th Street and Coltrane Road. It's a place many locals know well, but does anyone think it seems like an odd spot for this tragedy? It makes me wonder if Carlos was familiar with the area or if he had any reason to be there. Has anyone heard anything about witnesses or maybe security footage from nearby businesses? It’s hard to imagine what his family must be going through, having no answers for all this time. Hoping someone comes forward with information to help give his loved ones some peace.
Has anyone else been thinking about the possible lack of CCTV footage in the area where Carlos Castro was found? It seems like NE 16th Street and Coltrane Road would have at least some cameras in nearby businesses or traffic cams, right?
